Age, Height and Weight Limitations

BackHug users should meet the following requirements:

Height: 4'11" to 6'5"
Weight: 364 lbs or less
Recommended age: 18 years and older

BackHug may also be used by adolescents aged 14–17, but only with consent from a parent or guardian.

BackHug app accounts can only be created and used by adults aged 18 or over, or the legal age of majority in their location if higher. This means bookings and app-controlled sessions for users aged 14–17 must be managed by an adult account holder.

Users aged 80+ or over are recommended to consult a clinician before using BackHug.
