Age, height and weight limitations

In this article, we discuss the eligibility criteria for using BackHug. Find out who can safely use the device based on age, height, and weight, and get advice for individuals outside these parameters.

For safe use of BackHug, individuals aged 18 years or older, between 4'11" (150 cm) and 6'5" (198 cm) tall, and weighing no more than 26 stone (165 kg) are advised.

If you're 75 years or older, consult your physician before using BackHug. Please refrain from using BackHug if you do not meet these age, height, or weight criteria.
