The Leg Rest Release button on your BackHug device is not a start/stop button. It is specifically designed to be used in emergencies only.
Location of the Leg Rest Release Button
The Leg Rest Release button is located on the left-hand side of the device when you are lying on it.
Automated Leg Rest Mechanism
The BackHug leg rest mechanism is automated. At the end of each session, the leg rest retracts and closes automatically. This design ensures a seamless and safe experience for users.
Emergency Use
In the unlikely event that a body part or a house pet is at risk of being trapped, you should press the Leg Rest Release button immediately. This action will trigger the safety mechanism, causing the leg rest to move fully up and then start retracting again.
