How to set your location preferences

A guide for how to view the usage of the device, see the different locations associated with your account, view the details of the device registered to your location and how to adjust notification settings

- Log into your partner account.

- Once you've logged in, you'll be on the homepage as shown below. Scroll down to find the location of the device you would like to monitor.

- Once you've selected the location, you'll be directed to a page where you can view and edit all the relevant information, including booking prices, opening hours, and more.

- Keep scrolling to find the list of device(s) registered to your location.

- Click on the device to access all related information, including the Serial ID, registration date, the list of bookings made on the device, and more.

- To view the sessions completed on the device by each individual, return to the location page.

- In the list of bookings, you can click on a username to view the details of each individual session and user. The list also displays the status of each booking (expired, cancelled, or completed), along with the date, duration, and other relevant information.

- To view detailed information about a specific session, simply scroll down and click on the session you want to examine.

- When viewing the details of a session, an image of the back will appear. Highlighted areas on the image indicate the specific regions that were treated.

- Reschedule or cancel bookings
- Invite additional managers
- Mark specific dates as unavailable (e.g., holidays or closure days)
- Set precise opening hours (including lunch breaks and other breaks)
