Stress-Free Scheduling: What You Need to Know About Changing Your BackHug Session

We understand that plans can change. You have the flexibility to either cancel or reschedule your BackHug session.

Cancellation Guidelines:

  • You can cancel your booking at any time.
Important: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time will be subject to a full charge.

Refund Information:

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your check-in time:

  • BackHug Minutes: If you used BackHug minutes for your booking, these will be returned to your BackHug account.
  • Credit/Debit Card Payment: If you paid with money, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exceptional Circumstances:

If your booking is cancelled due to reasons outside of your control (for example, the location is unexpectedly closed), you will receive a full refund.
