How do I set up the Privacy Booth?

In this article, we'll discuss how to assemble your Privacy Booth, and how to place your BackHug inside the Privacy Booth.

Unpack the Components: 

• Corner Poles 
• Top Pole 
• Bottom Pole 
• Graphic 
• Connector 
• Left Pole 
• Right Pole 

Step 1: 

- Begin by removing all parts from the carry case and place on a flat surface. 
- Ensure you have all the parts listed above.

Step 2:

- Assemble all the poles by connecting the corresponding numbers together while pressing the snap button as shown. 

Step 3: 

- Continue to connect the poles illustrated in the image below. 

Step 4: 

- Drape the graphic over the hardware as shown. 

- The curtain is fixed by velcro on the inner side of the semi-circle stand as shown. 

Step 5: 

- Your display should now look like the image below. 

Storage and Care: 

- Place all product parts in the carry case and store in a cool and dry location. 

- Recommended for indoor use only. 

- Machine wash on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. 

- Tumble dry, no heat. 

- Do not dry clean. 

- Do not iron. 

How do I place the BackHug inside the Privacy Booth? 

1. Position the Booth

- Ensure the Privacy Booth is fully assembled and positioned in the desired location. The booth dimensions are 200cm in width, 140cm in height, and 125cm in depth/78.74 inches in width, 55.12 inches in height and 49.21 inches in depth. 

2. Place the BackHug

- Center the BackHug device within the booth. The device itself measures 110cm/43.31 inches in length and 53cm/20.87 inches in width, similar to the size of a coffee table. Ensure the device is aligned correctly, with enough space around it for easy access and operation.

3. Ensure Accessibility

- Make sure the area has easy access to a plug socket and a strong WiFi signal for optimal performance. The booth should not obstruct these connections.

4. Final Adjustments

- Once the device is in place, make sure that it is securely positioned and stable. All done!
