How to use the BackHug for Business App

A guide to using the BackHug for Business App

Home Page: 

 

- From this screen you'll be able to view all locations associated with your business. 

 

- By selecting the location you'd like to manage, you'll be directed to the calendar. 

Calendar: 

- The calendar can be viewed by day, week or month by navigating to the 3 lines in the top right corner.  

 

- You can view past bookings by clicking on the "History" button at the top of the screen. 

 

- For example, here we're viewing only past expired bookings. 

 

- Whilst viewing past bookings, you can also add members to your location by navigating to the square in the top right corner. 

 

- Add a member by simply typing in their email address, or click on the type of membership they'd like to sign on for. By doing this, the screen will display a QR code which the customer can scan with their BackHug app. 

 

- To go back to the Calendar, navigate to the previous page and click the "Upcoming" button at the top of the screen. From the calendar, you can also book a session for customers. Simply click on the "Book Session" button at the bottom of the screen. 

 

- Select the customer you'd like to book the session for. If the customer is not yet a member, simply add them by clicking on the "Add New Member" button at the bottom of the screen. 

 

- Next, we'll navigate to the Users page by clicking on the "Users" button at the bottom of the screen. 

Users: 

- Here you'll be able to view a list of all your users. By clicking on the name of any user you'll be able to view their information and add minutes to their account. 

 

- Add minutes to the user's account by clicking on the "Add minutes" button at the bottom of the screen. 

 

- By navigating to the three dots at the top-right corner of the screen, you'll be able to remove a user or change their membership. 

 

- Next, we'll navigate to the Devices page by clicking on the "Devices"  button at the bottom of the screen. 

 

- By clicking on the "Register BackHug Device" button on the bottom of the screen, you'll be able to register another device to your location by following the on-screen prompts. 

 

- By clicking on a device, you'll be able to view all relevant information. 

 

For any further information, you can navigate to the More page by clicking on the "More" button at the bottom of the screen. 

 

From this screen you can: 

1. Update your device's firmware. 

2. View, edit and logout of your profile. 

3. View top tips for how to use the BackHug. 

4. Visit our FAQ page where there are loads of helpful articles. 

5. Contact our support team by filling out a support form. 

6. View our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Website. 

7. Change the language from English to Deutsch, depending on your location. 

8. Log out.
