Troubleshooting: No Heat Can Be Felt on the Body

If you can't feel any heat from your BackHug device, follow these steps to diagnose and resolve the issue.

If you are not feeling any heat from your BackHug device, here are the steps you can take to ensure everything is working correctly:

Check the Heat Pad Settings

  1. Enable Heat Pads:
    • Ensure that the heat pad option is enabled. You can find this option in the session settings just before you start your session or access it during the session itself.

Location of Heat Pads

  1. Heat Pad Placement:
    • The heat pads are located on both sides of where your back is resting. They are strategically placed to provide optimal heat therapy during your session.

Allow Time for Heating

  1. Heating Time:
    • Please note that it may take up to one minute from the time you enable the heat pads or start the session until the heat becomes easily felt. Give it some time to warm up.

Contacting Support

  1. Use the Support Option:
    • If you still have issues after checking the settings and waiting for the heat pads to warm up, please contact our technical support team. To do this:
      • Go to the home screen of the BackHug app.
      • Click on "More."
      • Select "Support."
